Business Development Executive Jobs in Uganda - AAR Healthcare Uganda

AAR Healthcare Uganda, a leading provider of quality healthcare services, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion and success of our clinics across multiple locations in Uganda.

As a Business Development Executive at AAR Healthcare Uganda, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase patient numbers and service utilisation across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow AAR Healthcare's patient base and service offerings.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate client accounts.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate organisations, insurance companies, and community groups.


• Conduct market research to understand healthcare trends, competitor activities, and patient needs in the Ugandan market.


• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to management and potential clients.


• Represent AAR Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our services.


• Work closely with clinic managers and marketing teams to align business development activities with operational capabilities.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business growth and client acquisition.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service industry in Uganda.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

Job Location: This position will support our clinics in Arua, Bugolobi, Ntinda, Nateete, and Hoima. The candidate may be based at one primary clinic with travel to others.
