Nation Media Group (NMG), Uganda's leading media house, is seeking dynamic and experienced Business Executives for our Broadcast division in Kampala. This is an exciting opportunity to join East Africa's largest independent media organisation and drive business growth in the competitive media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source new business opportunities and clients for NMG's broadcast platforms
• Service and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients
• Collaborate with the broadcast team to deliver exceptional client service
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or media advertising
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Uganda's media and advertising landscape
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
