Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Busia region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Prospect for new clients and expand our customer base in Busia
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and insurance advice
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Busia local market
• Valid riding permit (Class A) is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with proven track record in sales
