Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Busia region
• Prospect and acquire new clients for various insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Provide professional insurance advice and solutions to clients
• Participate in marketing activities and community events
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales target achievement
• Knowledge of Busia local market and business environment
• Valid riding permit (Class A) is an added advantage
