As an Agriculture Teacher at Watoto, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of agricultural leaders in Uganda. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive agriculture lessons that combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills relevant to Uganda's farming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for secondary school agriculture
• Teach practical farming techniques suitable for Ugandan conditions
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations in school gardens and farms
• Prepare students for UNEB agriculture examinations
• Mentor students in agricultural projects and competitions
• Maintain teaching records and student progress reports
• Participate in school agricultural shows and events

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Education or related field
• Must be registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in secondary schools
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan agriculture systems
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with young people and community development
