C-Care IMC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our Kira healthcare facility. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in Uganda's growing healthcare sector while providing essential administrative support to patients and visitors.

As an Administrative Officer at C-Care IMC Kira, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive warm welcomes and efficient service. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth hospital operations and creating positive patient experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service
• Receive, register, and direct patients through our healthcare facility
• Handle patient billing processes and insurance verification
• Collect and maintain accurate patient information
• Process payments and manage financial transactions
• Coordinate patient flow and waiting area management
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection
• Provide information about hospital services and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent
• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office software
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
