Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated Academic Tutors who can provide quality instruction and academic support to our diverse student body. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their educational goals while supporting the college's mission of providing accessible, quality education in Eastern Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group tutoring sessions across various academic subjects
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to student needs
• Create engaging learning materials and lesson plans
• Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments
• Collaborate with faculty members to align tutoring with curriculum objectives
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field from a recognised institution
• Minimum 2 years teaching or tutoring experience in Uganda
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan curriculum standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in English and local languages of Eastern Uganda
• Teaching certification from UNEB or relevant body
