Youth Mentor Jobs in Uganda - Multiple Locations Available with Educate!

You will work directly with youth in schools and communities, fostering entrepreneurship, leadership, and workforce readiness skills that are critical for Uganda's future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging mentorship sessions and workshops for youth in assigned locations.
- Implement Educate!'s experiential learning curriculum to develop practical skills.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to mentees on their personal and professional development journeys.
- Monitor and report on youth progress, challenges, and success stories.
- Collaborate with school administrators, community leaders, and other partners.
- Participate in regular training and professional development programmes offered by Educate!.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- A passion for youth development and community service in Uganda.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate groups and engage young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in mentoring, teaching, counselling, or community work is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and be placed in various locations across Uganda.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language is required.
