Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:
• Design and implement innovative poverty alleviation programmes in partnership with last-mile communities
• Conduct field research, data collection, and impact assessments to guide programme strategy
• Manage community partnerships and stakeholder engagements across Uganda
• Support monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and outcomes
• Contribute to capacity building and training initiatives for local community groups
• Participate in cross-functional teams focused on livelihoods, health, education, and WASH projects

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Agriculture, Economics, or related field (Master's is an added advantage)
• Proven experience in community development, NGO work, or programme management
• Strong understanding of Uganda's rural development context and challenges
• Excellent communication skills in English (local languages are a strong plus)
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and remote field settings

• Willingness to travel extensively within Uganda and the East Africa region
