Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide youth in developing essential life and work skills
- Implement Educate!'s proven curriculum and methodology
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions and practical skill-building activities
- Track and report on youth progress and programme impact
- Collaborate with schools, communities, and partner organisations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field preferred
- Previous mentoring, teaching, or youth work experience advantageous
- Strong commitment to youth empowerment and development
- Ability to work effectively in diverse communities
- Willingness to be placed in various locations across Uganda
