As a Vehicle Quality Assurance Engineer at Zeno, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in vehicle manufacturing and maintenance services. You will be responsible for implementing quality control processes that meet both local Ugandan standards and international automotive regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement comprehensive vehicle quality assurance protocols
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of vehicles at various production stages
• Identify and document quality issues, providing detailed reports to management
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) regulations
• Train and mentor junior staff in quality assurance best practices
• Monitor and improve quality control processes continuously

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle quality assurance or automotive engineering
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan vehicle standards and regulations
• Experience with quality management systems and testing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Professional certification in quality assurance (added advantage)
