United Bank for Africa (UBA) Uganda is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Reporting and Balance Sheet Management to join our dynamic team in Kampala. As Team Lead Reporting and Balance Sheet Management, you will play a critical role in shaping the bank's financial future while working closely with executive leadership including the CFO and EXCO members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the bank's complete balance sheet operations
• Ensure strict compliance with Bank of Uganda regulations and international financial standards
• Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives to optimize the bank's financial position
• Partner with senior leaders across all departments to drive performance and growth targets
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive decision-making
• Monitor financial health indicators and implement corrective measures when needed
• Lead a team of financial professionals in delivering accurate and timely reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA
• Minimum 5 years' experience in banking or financial services with balance sheet management
• Strong understanding of Ugandan banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven leadership experience in financial management roles
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
