Customer Relationship Officer Internship at BRAC Uganda Bank - Multiple Regions

BRAC Uganda Bank Limited is seeking enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officers-Intern to join our growing team across multiple regions in Uganda. This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in the banking sector while contributing to financial inclusion across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise and sensitize prospective and existing clients on BRAC Uganda Bank's loan products and services
• Cross-sell various financial products to meet client needs
• Conduct financial literacy training for clients and community members
• Guide clients through loan application processes and document requirements
• Perform field visits to assess loan applications and collateral securities
• Disburse approved loans to clients while meeting performance targets
• Conduct character assessments and reference checks for loan applicants
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and outstanding loans daily

Requirements:
• Recent graduate or final year student in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rural communities across assigned regions
• Basic understanding of financial services and products
• Ability to conduct field visits and client training sessions
• Fluency in local languages of the assigned region is an advantage

Location Details:
