This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage our Sun King shop operations and drive solar product sales in the Mbale region. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shop operations and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Process sales of Sun King solar products and educate customers on product benefits
• Handle customer inquiries, demonstrations, and after-sales support
• Maintain inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Build strong relationships with customers and community members

Requirements:
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
• Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
• Resident of Mbale or surrounding areas preferred
• Passion for renewable energy and community development
