Sales Representative Job at Jubaili Agrotec Uganda

Jubaili Agrotec, a leading agricultural technology company in Uganda, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive business growth across Uganda's agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor pricing and product displays
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility on customer shelves
- Coordinate timely delivery of agricultural products to customers
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing markets
- Drive sales for new and potential agricultural products
- Manage sales platform requests, invoices, and receipts efficiently
- Process credit applications with complete documentation
- Follow up with customers to resolve outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and payment records
- Complete KYC forms and submit to Customer Service Department
- Identify and report new route opportunities to Field Sales Supervisor
- Conduct market analysis and customer visits for new route assessment
- Perform stock counts for customers receiving discounted pricing
- Assist in developing sales forecasts and achieving sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-5 years of relevant sales experience in Uganda
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Uganda's agricultural market preferred
