Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, friendly service.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions about our fresh fish and other offerings.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring proper accountability.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked shop floor and display areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock taking.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Uphold the company's standards for hygiene and food safety.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent; A-level is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a retail, shop, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling money.
- Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per the roster.
