Job Summary

As Senior Cabin Crew with Uganda Airlines, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and delivering exceptional inflight service. You will be responsible for maintaining our premium service standards while mentoring the next generation of cabin crew professionals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety checks and passenger briefings
• Ensure passenger safety during all phases of flight operations
• Deliver premium cabin service and hospitality to all passengers
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure
• Train, mentor, and guide junior cabin crew members
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, equipment, and inventory management
• Represent Uganda Airlines with professionalism and national pride
• Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations and standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven cabin crew experience with a reputable airline
• Valid Certificate in Cabin Crew Training from a recognised institution
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage)
• Excellent customer service skills and passenger handling experience
• Height between 5 feet 2 inches and 6 feet 2 inches (158cm - 188cm)
• Ability to pass comprehensive medical and security clearance checks
• Strong leadership qualities and mentoring capabilities
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
