Uganda Development Bank (UDB), the country's premier development finance institution, is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to join our dynamic team in Kampala. As the Manager of Professional Services, you will lead and oversee the Bank's professional services unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial and technical advisory services to both public and private sector clients across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the professional services unit team
• Develop and implement strategic advisory services for clients
• Provide high-quality financial and technical advisory to existing and prospective clients
• Oversee the delivery of professional services across various sectors
• Collaborate with the Head of Transaction & Enterprise Support Services
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Drive innovation in service delivery and client support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Master's degree or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services or advisory roles
• Proven leadership experience in banking or financial institutions
• Strong understanding of Uganda's financial sector and development landscape
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
