About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and document new, efficient processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sierra Leone to implement process changes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new procedures and systems.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with international teams.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to adapt to a new cultural and business environment in Sierra Leone.
