Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business process analysis, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Sierra Leone business environment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
