Key Responsibilities & Duties:

* Analyse, map, and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and propose optimised process models to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand pain points.
* Use data analysis to measure process performance and track the impact of implemented changes.
* Create clear process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and guidelines.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
* Monitor compliance with established procedures and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven work experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and interpret significant amounts of information.
* Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a strong advantage.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
