Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Design and document new processes and procedures to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Monitor and measure process performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
• Prepare detailed reports on process analysis findings and recommendations
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry preferred
