Roofings Limited, Uganda's leading manufacturer of steel and roofing products, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine quality checks
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Complete production documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
- Technical training certificate in mechanical or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience operating machinery in manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Good physical stamina and ability to work shifts
