Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised butler services to lodge guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate room preparations and ensure accommodation meets luxury standards
- Manage guest requests and special arrangements promptly and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain inventory of guest supplies and amenities
- Work closely with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Assist with guest activities and safari preparations
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hospitality or butler services
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation
- Knowledge of Ugandan culture and tourism attractions
