Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
- Proven professional experience in a related field, preferably within the NGO or development sector in Uganda.
- Strong understanding of the local context and development challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a strong asset.
