The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda is hiring an Incident Specialist Manager for its Mass Market division. This is a senior position where you will play a critical role in managing and resolving incidents to ensure seamless service delivery to NSSF's vast member base across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
β’ Develop and implement incident management strategies for the mass market segment
β’ Lead the response to critical service incidents affecting NSSF members
β’ Analyse incident trends and implement preventive measures
β’ Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely incident resolution
β’ Manage a team of incident specialists and provide technical guidance
β’ Prepare comprehensive incident reports for senior management
β’ Ensure compliance with NSSF's service standards and regulatory requirements
β’ Continuously improve incident management processes and protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in incident management or related field
β’ Proven experience managing teams in a large organisation
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
β’ Knowledge of Uganda's social security landscape is advantageous
β’ Experience in financial services or mass market operations is preferred
