This is a senior position where you will play a critical role in managing and resolving incidents to ensure seamless service delivery to NSSF's vast member base across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and implement incident management strategies for the mass market segment
• Lead the response to critical service incidents affecting NSSF members
• Analyse incident trends and implement preventive measures
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely incident resolution
• Manage a team of incident specialists and provide technical guidance
• Prepare comprehensive incident reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with NSSF's service standards and regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve incident management processes and protocols

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in incident management or related field
• Proven experience managing teams in a large organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Uganda's social security landscape is advantageous
• Experience in financial services or mass market operations is preferred
