Pride Bank Uganda is seeking an experienced Head of Strategy, Data & Projects to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This senior leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth and innovation in Uganda's banking sector.

As the Head of Strategy, Data & Projects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our banking operations across Uganda. You will be responsible for integrating strategic planning, data analytics, and project management to create sustained value for Pride Bank and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies for Pride Bank Uganda
• Oversee enterprise-wide data management and analytics to generate actionable insights
• Manage strategic projects from conception to execution across all bank departments
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience in Uganda
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategic objectives with operational execution
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business growth
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Uganda regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, data analytics, or project management
• Proven leadership experience in Uganda's banking or financial services sector
• Strong understanding of Ugandan financial markets and regulatory environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with digital banking solutions and data analytics tools
