The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grants and Sustainability Specialist to join our team in Kampala. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for securing grants and sustainable funding.
• Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from identification and proposal writing to reporting and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities aligned with NSSF's strategic goals.
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for donors and management.
• Contribute to the overall sustainability planning of the Fund.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in grants management, fundraising, or sustainability roles, preferably within Uganda.
• Strong track record of writing successful grant proposals and reports.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan development and funding landscape.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
