FMCG Sales Specialist Job in Western Uganda - Sunda Recruitment

Sunda Recruitment is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Western Uganda. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth in the fast-moving consumer goods sector across the western region.

As a West FMCG Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth in Western Uganda. This position requires frequent travel within the western region to connect with clients and understand local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG sector
• Identify and establish new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends specific to Western Uganda
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement successful sales campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular detailed reports for management review
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues and addressing concerns
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Western Uganda or similar markets
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and distribution channels in Uganda
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the western region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
