Energy Technician Job in Uganda - Renewable Energy Careers

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems across Uganda
- Conduct site assessments and energy audits for residential and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
- Provide technical support and training to clients on energy system operation
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan energy regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system designs

Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in energy systems installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage
- Valid driving licence (Class B) preferred
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Uganda
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
