Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and industrial equipment within the cement plant.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements and ensure reliable plant operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• A Diploma or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of industrial motors, control systems, PLCs, and power distribution.
• Valid certificate of good conduct and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
