Education Advisor - Instructional Design and Blended Learning Job in Kampala

VVOB Education for Development is seeking an experienced Education Advisor specialising in Instructional Design and Blended Learning to join our team in Kampala. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative instructional materials for blended learning environments
- Implement and support the integration of technology in educational programmes
- Provide technical guidance on curriculum development and teacher training
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional design initiatives
- Collaborate with education stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes
- Develop training modules and facilitate professional development workshops

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in instructional design or educational technology
- Proven experience in developing blended learning programmes
- Strong understanding of Uganda's education system and curriculum
- Excellent facilitation and training skills
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms
