About the Role:
As a Driver at BrighterMonday Uganda, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and company goods. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for a responsible individual with excellent knowledge of Kampala roads and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate and maintain company vehicles for daily transportation needs.
* Transport staff, clients, and company goods to various destinations within Kampala and occasionally upcountry.
* Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
* Perform routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
* Adhere to all Ugandan traffic laws and regulations.
* Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals.
* Assist with basic logistical tasks and office errands as required.
* Maintain accurate logbooks for trips and fuel consumption.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Valid Ugandan Driving Permit (Class B, DL, or CM).
* Minimum of 3 years of proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or NGO setting.
* Excellent knowledge of Kampala and Central Region road networks.
* A clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
* Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance.
* Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
* Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* O-Level certificate or equivalent is an added advantage.
