C-Care Uganda, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a talented Digital Transformation Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to design and build innovative digital solutions that will transform healthcare delivery across all our IMC facilities in Uganda.

Job Summary
As a Digital Transformation Developer, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution. You will design, develop, and maintain APIs, integration services, and custom applications to connect our core systems, streamline clinical and administrative workflows, and enable new digital services for patients and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure APIs, integration services, and microservices to connect core systems like ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other healthcare platforms.
• Build custom applications and digital solutions to automate and streamline workflows across clinical, operational, and administrative departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT staff, and management to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all developed solutions and integrations.
• Provide technical support and documentation for implemented systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in healthcare IT and digital transformation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, API design, and system integration.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management systems and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
