About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Zeno, you will play a crucial role in helping our organisation make data-driven decisions. You will work with complex datasets to uncover trends, create compelling reports, and provide valuable insights that drive our business strategy forward. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of UGX 3,000,000 - 4,500,000, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and create clear, informative reports and data visualisations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of organisational data.
- Translate business questions into data analysis projects and present findings.
- Support the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in a data analysis role (entry to mid-level).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Proven skill with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
