Job Summary
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and building lasting relationships. You will be based at our Jinja branch, serving customers in the Busoga region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding Old Mutual's products and services in Uganda.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide clear information about financial products, including savings, investments, and insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service targets.
- Uphold Old Mutual's standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or insurance in Uganda.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Lusoga) is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
