Customer Relationship Officer Internship - Multiple Regions Uganda

BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates for Customer Relationship Officer Internship positions across multiple regions in Uganda. This is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to launch their banking careers while serving communities in West-Nile, Northern, Western, Southwestern, and Eastern regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and sensitize prospective and existing clients about BRAC Uganda Bank's loan products and services
- Conduct financial literacy training and other relevant client education sessions
- Guide clients through loan application processes and document requirements
- Perform field visits for loan appraisals at client homes, agribusinesses, and property locations
- Disburse approved loans to clients while meeting daily performance targets
- Assess loan applicants' character, credit history, and repayment willingness
- Monitor outstanding loans and portfolio performance regularly

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution
- Must be a fresh graduate (recently completed university)
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Team player with high integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
