Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Old Mutual Uganda.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and identify potential in the Ugandan financial sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential partners and clients.
- Foster strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Represent Old Mutual at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Uganda.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry in Uganda.
- Strong network and excellent understanding of the Ugandan business landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- A valid driver's licence is essential.
