Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the bank. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in Uganda's competitive banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management
• Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the bank

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification in business analysis is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Uganda's banking regulations and market trends
