Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients across various industries
- Supervise and mentor junior audit team members
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programmes
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ugandan accounting standards
- Liaise with clients to discuss audit findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Identify control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations
- Prepare detailed audit reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Uganda, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan tax laws and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
