Yalelo Uganda, a leader in aquaculture and fresh fish production, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Lead to drive sales growth and market expansion across the Western Region of Uganda. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across the Western Region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
- Ensure efficient distribution and product availability of Yalelo's fresh fish products
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Represent Yalelo Uganda at trade shows, farmer meetings, and industry events in the Western Region

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in FMCG, agriculture, or aquaculture
- Excellent knowledge of the Western Uganda market and distribution networks
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting software
- Valid motorcycle riding permit is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Region
