Job Description
CRS Uganda is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team in Mubende. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to contribute to meaningful humanitarian work while developing their career with a leading international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
• Handle correspondence and document management systems
• Support HR functions including staff onboarding and records management
• Organise meetings, workshops, and official events
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with CRS administrative policies and procedures
• Support financial documentation and reporting processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in Uganda
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of local languages in Mubende region is an advantage
• Experience with NGO operations preferred
