Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Uganda is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team in Mubende. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to contribute to meaningful humanitarian work while advancing their career in Uganda's development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions in Mubende
• Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
• Handle correspondence, filing systems, and document management
• Support meeting coordination and event planning activities
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance services
• Assist in budget tracking and financial documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
• Ensure compliance with CRS administrative policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience in Uganda
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages
• Knowledge of Ugandan administrative regulations and procedures
• Experience with NGO operations is an added advantage
