Uganda Railways Corporation (URC) is seeking an experienced Senior Property Management Officer to join our team in Kampala. This is a senior-level position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the corporation's property portfolio across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property management strategies for URC's real estate assets
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of railway properties
- Manage tenant relationships and lease agreements
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments
- Prepare property management reports and budgets
- Coordinate with various departments on property-related matters
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan property laws and regulations
- Supervise property management staff and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management in Uganda
- Professional certification in property management is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan property laws and real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience in team management and supervision
- Valid driving permit
