Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive project audits for diverse clients across various sectors.
• Plan, manage, and supervise audit engagements from inception to completion.
• Assess project financials, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for clients.
• Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field from a recognised university.
• Must be a fully qualified CPA(K) or ACCA.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in external audit, with a focus on project auditing.
• Proven experience leading audit teams and managing client portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in audit software and MS Office.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
