Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive project audits for diverse clients across various sectors.
- Plan, manage, and supervise audit engagements from inception to completion.
- Assess project financials, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field from a recognised university.
- Must be a fully qualified CPA(K) or ACCA.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in external audit, with a focus on project auditing.
- Proven experience leading audit teams and managing client portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in audit software and MS Office.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
