Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective after-sales strategies for Watu Simu products and services
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels post-purchase
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer retention
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to improve after-sales processes
• Train and mentor junior team members on after-sales best practices
• Monitor and report on after-sales performance metrics
• Resolve complex customer complaints and service issues efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, marketing, or customer relations
• Proven track record in the Ugandan telecommunications or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with Ugandan market dynamics and consumer behaviour
