About the Role

As a Holiday Season Support Team Member at DHL Uganda, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and timely processing, sorting, and handling of shipments during our peak season. You will join a dynamic team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the sorting, loading, and unloading of parcels and shipments at our Uganda facilities.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure packages are processed efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide general operational support as directed by team leaders.

Who We Are Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment (involving lifting, standing, and walking).
• Strong team player with a positive and reliable attitude.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, during the peak holiday season (November - January).
• No prior logistics experience is required—full training will be provided.
• Must have a valid National ID.
