Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the Ugandan insurance landscape
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Create comprehensive reports and visualisations for management
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance in Uganda
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and opportunities
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all research activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis or research role
- Proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Knowledge of Uganda's insurance market is advantageous
