As a Regional Manager at Airtel Uganda, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing regional business strategies to achieve sales targets
• Managing and leading regional teams across multiple locations in Uganda

• Overseeing regional operations and ensuring service delivery excellence
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in telecommunications
• Proven track record in regional operations and business development
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of Uganda's telecommunications market
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
