Quality Operations Manager - Chemical Engineering Job Uganda - Hariss International

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
- Analyse product quality data and implement improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan regulatory standards and international quality requirements
- Develop and update quality documentation and reports

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, or Science Technology (Chemistry/Biology)
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality operations within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ugandan manufacturing standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
